Right now the way "Site Wall" works is that it required users to log in even to view the site wall.

Is it possible to make site wall visible to public but if any one wants to post anything on the site wall, then it requires to log in but to view it should be public ?

any advise ?

As Igor said MonoX doesn't support this out of the box fully. By default the site wall section is hidden to non authenticated users this can be changed by going to the pages section in the admin interface and by setting the Wall navigation item to be visible to anyone and by setting Wall.aspx page properties to be accessible to anyone. From that point you'd have to do some custom coding and hide the Wall note textbox whether or not you're logged in or implement some other custom logic you'd like.
