Error on creating user (Mono Support )

Can someone investigate this for me please?

This is an Azure created site, from gallery. The admin user is created and usable but I can not register a new user without getting the simple error page below.

Hi,

Can you please attach the MonoX log file (MonoX/ApplicationData/Logs/ folder) from your site. You can access the log file through webmatrix or ftp.
I have a hunch it's the same configuration omission as here (SMTP server setting).

Can someone please help me to get rid of the error page.
i am runnning the solution locally in my machine but I am constantly getting the error page. Though there are no build error.
Please help me any suggestion.
