utf-8 problem again (Mono Support )

Hi,

When a user creates a group, the name of the group changes to utf-8 coding. For example: "Türkçe Öğretmenleri" changes to "Türkçe Öğretmenleri"

This problem is about only group name. There is no problem with the description or on the groups page (group list)

And the problem occurs only when a user creates a group, I don't get this problem when I create a group as an admin user.

This problem occurs with all other languages.

We will investigate it, as it may be caused by a problem with the HTML "sanitization" (Anti-XSS) code. Ivan will get back to you tomorrow.

I got a confirmation that this is a localization bug that is now fixed in our internal build. What version of MonoX are you using, so we could suggest the easiest upgrade route?
