1. defensio looks a little picky and I think this happens when you edit and post a reply multiple times. Mayne some heuristic param of defensio is turned on by default?

2. the spam image shown is a bit offensive to the user and doesn't give a hint that admin will review it

3. when there is a post with attachments and no text the spam image shows hidden under the attachments area

We have done few tweaks around the defensio provider so please review this after today's nightly build, as for other two styling issues reported we will address them soon.

Zoomicon,
according to 2: you can simply change background images on .spamComment, .unpublishedPost and .unapprovedComment classes and also change position of those images;

According to 3 - we fix it.
