Greetings,

I added a new blog to the site yesterday then something went wrong at some point.

I did a few tests and not sure if this will help:
I click on the blog link and it does not "connect to the page" FireFox saus object has moved.
I added a new blog page to tesat and it seems fine, i did notive that when i click on a blog link the url says mydomain/blog2/..... with the emphasis on blog2 with is the new page i added, but when i look at the old blog page it says mydomain/default/....

now the interesting part is when i try to click on a blog link IE from my home page it fails with mydomain/default/... but then i change the word default to blog i.e. to mydomain/blog/... it works again.

Also a short note, then I am in the admin section and I rightclick "manage Web Part" for the blog.aspx page it fails..all other pages work.

So it seems one of the webparts i think is failing me for some reason

Hi,
Blog parts rely on URL rewriting features to produce SEO-friendly URLs, I have talked about it in reply to this post: http://www.mono-software.com/Forum/default.aspx?g=posts&t=188. If you change the blog name, you will have to change the navigation to reflect this change also. I would love to see this in action to provide further help.

As for the error with "Manage Web parts" option, what is the error message?

Regards,

Denis
