The site administrator does not have the correct password.
There was a message:
"The following issues have to be resolved before you can proceed:Your account has been locked out because of too many invalid login attempts. Please contact us to have your account unlocked."

How to do it?

Hi,

You can unlock it using another admin account (Go to the portal administration area, User management) or directly in db.
