Instalation problem  (Mono Support )

Dear, I have successfully installed the MonoX software within a virtual folder, I have followed the installation steps correctly, but I have not managed to operate. On a local machine, the system works wonders, only happens when I perform a new installation on the server.
Appreciate that they can help me.

We've seen this behavior on various shared hosting sites with tight security settings - empty page that is caused by "500 - internal server error". It is difficult to say what is exactly the problem in your case, please take a look at your Event log on the server - it will probably contain records with detailed error description. Send the error description to us for further instructions.
Which version of Windows Server and IIS are you using?

Thank you very much for your reply, really expected.
At the moment I cannot access the log server, since I do not have permissions to access them. However I can tell you that the Windows server is version 2003 and IIS version 6.
If you could tell me which would be the ideal setting to monox software work I would be of great help, so can I install the soft configuration you indicate me.

MonoX can work in your environment without problems. The cause of your problem can vary, and we should really have more info. It could range from insufficient rights to the application folder (when application does not have even read rights to the root folder on the server), to not having permissions for some configuration settings in web.config - we have seen hosts that require the impersonation configuration (the line ) to be removed from the web.config.

Without the access to the server or the ability to set up the failed requests tracing it could be very difficult to move further. If this is a shared host, we can recommend services that do not impose uneccessary restrictions, se our blog page for hosting reviews.
