Is it ok to remove "copyright by MonoX" from the footer ?  (Mono Support )

If I am using MonoX for my CMS website, can I put my website name in the footer (in copyright statement) instead of MonoX ?

Is there any copyright statement we need to keep on the website if anyone is using this MonoX software ?

If you are using a free version, you need to have a copyright statement (Powered by MonoX) anywhere on your site - the size, styling, etc. is up to you. Users of commercial licenses do not have to include this statement.

This is the only requirement regarding the licensing policy - it can be found in the license agreement. Besides that, you can do whatever you want...
