Hi guys,

Just wanted to show off what I have been working on using MonoX
Please dont register though because this is a real site..

Main site.
http://www.thepittsburghscene.com/

Custom profile.
http://www.thepittsburghscene.com/music/beyonddaylight

But feel free to poke around..
work still in progress..

On a side note though... (Suggestions for the MonoX team.
MonoX needs a slimmed release..
Very basic / next to no templating with empty database because our CMS is somewhat of a mess because we had to base it off the default MonoX template and it has way to much and I am constantly finding pages that are somewhat hidden with old MonoX skins on them.. I know of several I just have no spent the time to customize or delete yet.

Hi Shawn,
really nice work! As for your suggestion, yes, we are planning for such release in the future. It will allow you and other users to use the core functionality in a much easier way.

Thanks Marcus..

MonoX pretty much runs the whole site..
all the web part management is handled through MonoX.

We used all kinds of MonoX web parts all through the site, and we even wrapped our web parts into MonoX web parts by inheriting the Monox Web Part class..
This enables us to drag and drop them pretty much if we want although we like to hard code them most of the time.

We use MonoX to handle user registration / and user management for the most part as well.

Our profiles where originally built off MonoX profiles but since then we have completely customized them.
MonoX has a whole lot more coming in the way of profiles from my understanding.. but for now I had to write a lot of custom code to make these work.

MonoX handles the news sections, we find MonoX publishing system to be great!
