Hi Denis,
Thanks for your reply. I am using latest version of MonoX downloaded from this site which says MonoX v4.1.2742.40.

My site url is scholarguru.com, it is still under construction.

I have checked your site, and it is obvious that not only user profile images are missing - none of the remaining handler-based functionality is working (sitemaps, captcha, etc). Something is wrong with the IIS configuration for your site, as it does not process requests with axd and ashx extensions, although they appear to be correctly registered in the web.config.
I assume that your site is running on IIS 7 - integrated mode and ASP.NET 4, so you should look in the <system.webServer><handlers> section. We should probably try to contact their support - we did not have this kond of problems when testing Arvixe hosting a few months ago.

Well few IIS properties are within my purview. I am attaching snapshots of them here. Let me know if changing anything among them may help.

As I told you earlier, adding <handler> rendered my website useless. I was not able to access the site hosting control panel too.
Do you think Arvixe support would be able to help me on this?

Everything looks correct on the screenshots you've sent. One thing is not clear, though - you said that you were adding the handler section and that it rendered the site useless. The headers section should be present in the web.config by default, right from the start - was that the case?

We could investigate this directly on your site if you provide us with the credentials, but I guess that now would be the right time to contact their support (I had a good experience with them). I will send you my skype address via e-mail so you can contact me anytime if you need more info when talking to them.

Actually when I installed MonoX, those lines got deleted automatically (without my notice). Based on your suggestions to waterskiaddict, I took a fresh we.config and compared it to mine, that was when I found that whole <handler> section was missing! When I add them manually, it shows that message. I will try it again in a while now and will let you know if I get same message.
Thanks for your attention :)
