Need page refresh (or refresh of friends etc. page components) at profile page after profile update  (Mono Support )

At /profile/admin/ page, after one has edited the first name of the user say from MonoX (last name is Admin) to ClipFlair, at the right handside you see MonoX's friends instead of ClipFlair's friends etc. (at the sidebar). You have to press F5 to refresh the page for it to update.

After some review of this issue, the best solution would be to put this refresh in the MonoX WebPart code engine as these are WebPart Chrome titles. I have added a feature request for this.
