I just downloaded the project, set it up in my localhost.

I also created a database through Sql Server Management Studio. I created a specific user and gave them the permissions of DbOwner. I verified by using this user with Sql Server Management Studio that I can create tables, etc.

As far as the installation wizard, I make it all the way to the end, where the "Finish" button is available. I click "Finish" and am immediately directed to an error page with the error:

Invalid object name 'dbo.Language'.

When I check the database, no tables were created and in my web.config, the connect string has been set and the appsettings has:

Can someone please help? Am I missing a step? My database server is on another machine on the same network. Does that matter?

Thanks!
Jason

Hi Jason,
To copy my colleague's answer for another thread:

We have just tested the latest MonoX installation and didn't get the error you have mentioned, so can you please send us some more information related to the error you get.

Also can you tell us which version of MonoX you have (you can see that by going to the bin folder and checking the version of MonoX.dll) because there was an issue related to the Language / Localization in the last version ? (Try to download the latest version of MonoX)

Information that we need:

1. SQL Server Version
2. MonoX version
3. Copy / Paste the error you have in the installation
4. If you can get the error from the EventLog that would be appreciated
