Hi,

Is there any way to set what items appear in the text editor tool bar -- for example I would like to remove the flash and video upload items for site users.

Many thanks

Hi Rogerg,

to remove items from the editor tool bar you need to do the following (Note: all tools files have very simple structure):

1. for "WYSIWYG editor" you need to go to the "/MonoX/ModuleGallery/MonoXHtmlEditorToolsFile.xml" file, edit the file and here you can choose what tools you want to remove.
2. for "Blog post editor", "News" you need to go to the "/MonoX/controls/CustomRadEditorBlogToolsFile.xml" file.
3. for "Discussion board" you need to go to the "/MonoX/ModuleGallery/SocialNetworking/Discussion/DiscussionRadEditorToolsFile.xml" file.

If you have any problems with editing the xml files please contact us and we will help you remove all tools that you do not need.

Regards.
