Logs are placed here: "..\MonoX\ApplicationData\Logs" and you need allow write permissions to this folder.

I cannot connect to the server remotely. I will need the IT guys from the hosting company to look into it. Any other way I can find out why the errors are not getting logged?

Are you sure that your application has write permissions to this folder? It is not enough that you have FTP access to this folder?

I have assigned write permission to the whole MonoX folder using Plesk control panel.

Hello,

At this point you can also check that you have the web.log4net present inside your root directory. This is the Log4Net configuration file.

Mario

Hello,

It is web.log4net, it should be in the same location as the web.config or Login.aspx for example.

Mario
