I feel like I am missing something. I cannot save any content from the HTML web part HTML editor. When I hit "save" (upper left disk icon) the "loading" box appears and then the content reverts back to what it was. There is no error indicated. There is no error in the log.

I have verified this is not a cache issue. When I make a content change directly to the database (Document table), the changes appear right away.

Any thoughts?

Update - Here's a strange thing. I am only having this problem on the home (defaut) page. All other pages work fine.

Also, when you change the title, it saves it properly. It is only the content in the HTML/Source editor that doesn't update the database. It always reverts back.

Update: It was a clean install. The only thing I had done was add/hide some content web parts on the default page via the UI. So what I did then is simply mark the install complete to "false" in the webconfig, created a new database, and ran the installation again (with the same codebase). With this completed, the problem simply went away. I don't have time to try and recreate it. I'm just hapy it's working fine now.
