No, but you can open unlimited forums. You can also assign tags to your topics. The system is designed to offer functionality similar to stackoverflow and similar simple and modern systems.

Hi,

When you are logged in as Admin, or in DiscussionAdministrators role(can be found in web.config), you can create discussion boards and that way categorize your topics. Please take a look at the attached image.

Regards.

Question 1)Is creating groups in a forums like http://testforum.yetanotherforum.net/ will ever be available in monoX or monoX will follow the same pattern as of now ?

Question 2) If monoX has features like stackoverflow, is this possible in monoX: http://stackoverflow.com/tags ?

Question 3) Also ...as you mentioned above, monoX is like stackoverflow, when a user enters the tag for a specific forum post, why the tags (already available) does not show up something like text to speech search or Full-Text support. ? Are you going to implement this feature in future ? This is important to because people who don't know what tags are already available can create same tags in different ways which will lead to duplilcate tags and will spam the database will 100s of tags that are similar.

For example, a tag ".NET" can be created as: "ASP.NET", ".NET", "Microsoft ASP.NET", "ASP.NET Framework", ".NET Framework" - All have same meaning but just because the user who is posting on the forum can spam the database unintentionally (because text search is not available) and different tags with same meaning will be created.
