Hello,

I followed the instructions to send the newsletter through the Admin Panel, but Status says Not Sent. According to log files, the MSMQ is not installed. How do I fix this issue?
(PS. Using Microsoft Azure to host site)

Regards,
Hutchful.

Hi,

you have few options to overcome this issue, you can switch to mail provider rather than MSMQ, or you can follow these guidelines to install MSMQ on Azure:

Hello khorvat,

How do you mean to switch to a mail provider, do I simply send newsletters through my own email or there is a way to incorpoprate in MonoX CMS?

Regards.

Hi Hutchful,

MonoX uses SMTP by default, so to perform the switch to a mail provider you will need to add your SMTP configurations to the Web.config file under the <smtp> tag.
