Hi,
we have found and fixed the issue related to the unknown user error you get, but we can't reproduce the performance issue you are having so can you please provide us with some more information on how to reproduce the issue. To resolve the issue you are having with the unknown user error you will have to upgrade your copy of MonoX to the latest version, is that an option for you ?
