here it is - it inherits all permissions (as I explain above since this is a test machine I gave all permissions to parent folder)

I have the same problem... 
The 'ISMQ\Administrator' account is not granted 'Write' permission on the 'D:\bla\web.config'. Although this is not a fatal error, it's highly recommended that you configure these permissions.

I have tried a lot of solutions but can not get rid of this error
(Windows server 2003)

Update: We are still working on this issue, stay tuned.

UPDATE: This has been fixed in new MonoX release v4.8 which is unofficially available in MonoX download section.

Hello friends, I am new to these conflicts and would like to help me understand after installation of Mono on a virtual machine Windows 8, SQL Server 2012, which was successful and attempted to enter the system with the Admin Login, I always send password error.
