Mono Support Installation error

Hello, I am having difficulty installing momx cms on my window 10 pc.
Below are my steps.
1. I extracted monoX cms zip file to c:/monox2 directory
2. i created a website in IIS Manager
3. I browse the site but noting show up.

Hi kstvakin,

Have you added "jlife.ng" DNS entry to the "hosts" file?

c:\Windows\System32\drivers\etc\hosts

# My local website
127.0.0.1 jlife.ng

Thanks it is now showing but i have a small challenge.
How do i set permission for the folders as seen in the attach screen
