I see

and when I need to go to Page 15 (the previous one) I need to press "..." before 16 in the pager and then I'm taken to page 11 (the first from the previous group of pages that ... shows) and then I need to press on 15 to go to where I want.

this is not so user friendly (apart from the fact that I'm not taken to the top of the page as I'd expect [that should be an option of the pager control I guess, not sure if it has such option since it seems to move to top of page fine at your support site])

maybe it would be useful to also have < and > for Previous and Next pages (that  way I could move to page 15 with a single click)

anyway, pressing ... at the left side should be different from pressing ... at the right side of that pager, that is when ... takes you to a previous set of pages than the page number you were, it should select at that set the LAST page (e.g. 15, not 11), and when taken to a next set of pages only it should select the 1st page there. Not sure if this is some standard ASP.net pager functionality that you can't change, but I believe it could be overriden somehow to do as I describe
