Ok. I have tested this several times and I think it is a bug.

Process

1- I have kept  the URL rewriting rules AS-IS default (untouched in webconfig)

2- Now I have group "ASP.NET Developers:  HERE

3- Now, if you click on the (DISCUSSION BOARD button) and then you will get: HERE

4- Now, if you go inside the group "Asp.Net developer", you will be: HERE

5- Now, click on the 1st topic "This is a test topic in aspnet developers group board": HERE

6- If you notice, the URL by default by going in  the group discussion board is: 

http://monox.gadgetnotion.com.holly.arvixe.com/MonoX/Pages/SocialNetworking/Groups/dtopic/Vp3SWka3TES3s6MkAMDnEg/This-is-a-test-topic-in-aspnet-developers-group-board/?GroupId=e_1WvZ7X00KRRp2kAVBl5w&iwm=DiscussionBoard

7- NOW - Click on the right button "Back to all discussion topics": You will get this: HERE

8- Now if you click on any tag - let us say "test" - you will get the topi related to that tag: HERE



BUG:

1- If you go to homepage: HERE

2- If you scroll down and on the right column, you click on the recently added topic that says:

"testuser has added a new discussion topic This is a test topic in aspnet developers group board"

You will get: HERE

3- NOW - Click on the right button "Back to all discussion topics": You will get this: HERE

4- Now, you will see the BUG/ error as it won't show you  the related topic: HERE



Bug description: Bug is that Event list is creating a different URL than what we see in group.

here is the URL from event: 
http://monox.gadgetnotion.com.holly.arvixe.com/MonoX/Pages/SocialNetworking/Discussion/dtopic/Vp3SWka3TES3s6MkAMDnEg/This-is-a-test-topic-in-aspnet-developers-group-board/


If you comprare it with group discussion, we see difference Groups/dtopic instead of Discussion/dtopic/.
