Mono Support how to increase site performance on mobile devices ?

Currently I do not want to use mobile theme and I have seen that the desktop website takes forever to load on a mobile device.

How to increase the site performance on mobile devices ?

First of all, you can try to implement the responsive web design.
If this doesn't help you need to use the mobile theme.
If you are not satisfied with the mobile theme performance, then you need to start with the implementation of the new custom application.
