How to remove MonoX DemoIndicator ?

Mono Support How to remove MonoX DemoIndicator ?

I have tried removing this in master page footer:

<%--<%@ Register TagPrefix="MonoX" TagName="DemoIndicator" Src="/MonoX/MasterPages/DemoIndicator.ascx" %>--%>

But I am getting error:
