What's the difference between "Blog Post List" in Dashboard.aspx demo and my "Blog Post List" with same BlogListShort Template?

Specifically why can i not hide this header ?

(look at attached file)

If I understand everything correctly, you will need to set the IsHeaderVisible property of this part to False to hide the header.
