Hello,

I recently opend a CMS hosting account through Arvixe and chose to install MonoX; the install seeemd to go well, however when I try to access any of the menus and whatnot through admin nothing happens. All of the design panes are blank, and I can't delete users in portal administration or see the file tree when I click "files." Are there configuration issues in MonoX v3.2.1784.35, or was it simply a bad install? Any help you can provide in this regard would be greatly appreciated.

Problem solved; it seemed to be an issue with the Arvixe CMS install package. When I reinstalled MonoX manually by uploaidng the files and running the wizard, everything worked fine.

Hello,

Are you referring to Microsoft Web App Gallery? That's the only location I can think of where our control panel would install the software automatically. The files are downloaded directly from Microsoft's Web App Gallery. It is possible that some modifications to the app pool extension (under websites section) are required if they don't match what MonoX is looking for.

Yes, I installed from the Web App gallery; deleting all of the files and then manually unzipping/installing from the archive file fixed the problem.

If you try it and there are no problems, maybe it was an isolated incident?
