Hello. I am new to software development and was looking for a tool to quickly and easily create a membership based portal/social network site. I was ecstatic to find MonoX and am really excited about learning more about using/adapting it to my needs, however, I noticed that the version on the Microsoft Web App Gallery is still 4.9x and it would be extremely helpful to many of us if it could be updated to 5.1.

I tried following instructions for starting an installation from scratch and/or upgrade an existing installation, but my limited experience has been a hindrance. It takes virtually no skills to get an installation up and running from the Web App Gallery in Azure. Can you please update this?

Hi Terry,

Yes, there will be an update to the App Gallery package soon.
v5.1 will be submitted for approval next week, but unfortunately we can't say when it will be available online. It could take one-two weeks for Microsoft to process it.
