I have downloaded and installed version 4.9 successfully. According to the documentation the solution is an ASP .Net Web Application. Yet there are no codebehind files at all in the solution, and when I attempt to use Visual Studio to convert the solution to a web application I get the error message "Error 106 Unable to convert to Web Application format because the code-behind file 'Default.aspx.cs' does not exist. " - etc. for all .aspx pages.

Do we have to manually add all codebehind files to the solution? That would be decidedly a chore.
