I think that best approach would be to help you via RDP access to see what is causing this error.

Hi Agneesh,

If you are sure that it's not the "blocking" issue with the archive (right click the archive before extracting and click unblock, see the attached image), then, setup a joinme meeting and send me the code and time when you are available via PM and I'll get back to you.

I am able to run it now for first time.

I might have other question, as I am evaluating monox CMS as a platform for our company to produce portal application for our client.

Kindly share right contact info who can answer my queries related to product capabilities and technical question, if you think support is not the right one.
