Mono Support Getting error during trial setup monox CMS (Closed)

Hi Team,
I am trying to install Monox CMS trial version((MonoX_4_9_40_4907.zip 30.17 MB) MonoX CMS (.NET 4.0)) in windows server 2008 (64 bit) OS. I getting the security exception during installation. I am uploading the error screenshot here.
Please check and let me know How can I do that.

Can you please check if you have unblocked the downloaded ZIP file ?

e.g. http://www.thewindowsclub.com/unblock-file-windows-8
