Mono Support That assembly does not allow partially trusted callers

I am trying to install MonoX localy. I download MonoX_5_1_40_5107.zip and MonoX_5_1_40_5107.pdf and follow the instruction.
When I am trying to run site i am getting this error:
"That assembly does not allow partially trusted callers
MonoSoftware.MonoX.MonoXMembershipProvider"

I have visual studio 2012, ms sql 2012.
How to avoid this error?

Can you please try unblocking the downloaded archive " MonoX_5_1_40_5107.zip ". (image)
