Mono Support Assembly Error

Recently I transfer Monox application from web server to Microsoft virtual machine.
I got this error. (Screen grab attached). Please help.

Which version of .NET are you using on that machine? Does MonoX runs under full trust? Does the restart of the machine helps?

Version of .NET - Dot Net 4.0
Runs under full trust - Yes
Does the restart of the machine helps -- No

Never had this one before, but most of the guys on Google who did recommend deleting the Temporary ASP.NET Files folder under your c:\Windows\Microsoft.NET... path, or restarting the application poool.

I already did this but it's did not help us.
