Hi,

News module has two properties that can be used to set the "Read more" page

- "ExternalReadMorePage" which is used to set the external "Read more" page using the UI
- "ReadMorePage" which is used in the UI and Development scenario for setting the "Read more" page programmatically by using the PageID of the MonoX page

For more information about the Connect Web parts please read the MonoX manual section 4.2.4 Connect mode . This is the Web part mode that is rarely used because of the Web part connection workflow complexity. Microsoft has set strict rules about when the properties are need to be set so other Web part can be binded etc. So in most cases this doesn't suite your needs.

can you verify that when you type in the some page name in the ReadMorePage field that you get the list of pages ? Or if you get the error can you please send it back to us.

I got it working by hardcoding my own ReadMorePage in the web property inside the file aspx page.

But when you drag and drop it on a dynamically configured web part zone.. you wont even get the property as a option to set.
ReadMorePage is missing ?

can you send us a screenshot of the News Web part properties as this property should be available, it is not a new property and it has be around for a while. You can check the attachment to see how it looks like.
