Hi,
This has happened a number of times, for some reason, the web parts do not appear in the menu above. Usually, it eventually goes back to normal. What causes this? (I have attached a screenshot)

We couldn't reproduce this issue. Can you please provide us with the following:
1. MonoX error logs
2. Any console script errors in your browser when this happens.

I'm not sure if I could find the MonoX log, but this was on the console:

Using //@ to indicate sourceMappingURL pragmas is deprecated. Use //# instead jquery-1.9.1.min.js:1
http://localhost:49711/MonoX/Scripts/jquery-1.9.1.min.js?t=635046677220000000 is being assigned a //# sourceMappingURL, but already has one

You seem to have some custom scripts which seem to be causing the specified behavior.
