1) at Forum (discussion board) view, add to Options menu an action called "Sort: Unanswered topics on top"

</br>2) btw, are those actions or options? that is do they apply once, or do they set a new state for the list of topics? e.g. if I set it to sort say hot topics to top and add a new item, will it not go to top then? Or will I need to do sort action again to show only the hot topics first? If it's a state-setting action (an option) instead of an one-time action it should better show a checkmark at the options menu for the selected option
