I have just installed MonoX 4.8.40.4594 onto a local IIS server for testing purposes.  Fooling around with the demo stuff.  When not logged in, a user sees no images or HTML styling on the page.  But as soon as the user logs in, everything appears as normal.  So, I have to ask, is there some user role setting somewhere that would be causing this?  Even the installation windows don't get any sort of styling or images.  I have attached screenshots below.

We have official MonoX version on our demo page (monox.mono-software.com) and the latest version on the nightly build page (nightly.mono-software.com)  and on the both site everything works normally.

Did you made any custom changes/permissions on the web.config?

It's great that you've got your demo working on your server, but it'd be nice if it also worked on mine. ;)

I made no changes whatsoever.  Simply installed, loaded the page, and it was all messed up.

Hi Jebus,

Can you check your server allows anonymous access, easiest way is to run tool like fiddler and check if css and all styling elements are loaded correctly. By checking http status code for these elements you can get a clue what is happening, if you're getting 401, your resources are protected and can't be loaded when looking at the site as anonymous user and if you're getting 404 it would mean links are broken for some reason. If you could provide us with these details it will help us greatly in solving this problem.

Well, you gave me a hint about where to look, and I found the right setting.  In IIS I had to change the Anonymous Authentication user identity for the test site.  Just one of those things I don't have to do often enough to think about.  Everything shows up correctly now.

Thanks for your help.
