Approve/Delete etc. actions from e-mail notification don't show you what you approved/deleted  (MonoX Roadmap )

When I approve/delete etc. stuff by clicking links at notification e-mail it would be nice to be taken to a page where I see what I just approved/deleted etc. and be able to undo that action

cause I may be tricked and approve some spam by just seeing the first lines that are sent in the notification
