MonoX on CentOS w/Mono?   (Mono Support )

Is this possible? I get "Internal Server Error" while attempting to run it.
The error is returning:
System.Configuration.ConfigurationErrorsException: Unrecognized configuration section <system.web.extensions> (/home/mack/public_html/web.config line 521)

CentOS 6.0 - Latest Mono 2.10

OK, I removed the line that caused it and the new error is:
Could not load type 'System.Runtime.Versioning.TargetFrameworkAttribute' from assembly 'MonoSoftware.UrlRewriter'.

Description: HTTP 500. Error processing request.Stack Trace:System.TypeLoadException: Could not load type 'System.Runtime.Versioning.TargetFrameworkAttribute' from assembly 'MonoSoftware.UrlRewriter'.

Unfortunately, this is not supported. One of the biggest reasons for that is the lack of support for Web parts in the Mono framework.

Darn! Will it ever be supported in the future? I'm only messing with Mono, and I am seriously considering moving to Linux w/Mono from Windows (cheaper!). So far, Mono hasn't impressed me :(

There is a bug in the support forum. When I edited my post it said I had a new post. It did it two times.

I know how you feel, as it was something we looked forward to, but it was left out without too many explanations. There are no short-term plans to support Mono at this point.
Thanks for the info on the bug, we will fix it shortly.

It's also doing it when I reply.

I am running cpanel, apache, email server, ftp, DNS, mono, and my server is barely using 320MB of ram Not something a fresh install of Windows can do! The mono support is very limited to the developers that specifically designed their ASP.NET application to run on Mono. Hopefully it'll improve enough in the future to be more useful.
