Hi, it is possible I'm missing something obvious but I can't seem to find a way to order the discussion board so that the posts appear in the order that they were last replied to. Is this possible??

You have the "Options" link in the upper right corner of the page listing all board topics, and that you can use "Sort: updated topics on top".

Is there a way to set that so it is the default option for all users??

Hi,

if you are using only DiscussionTopic WebPart as a stand-alone part then you can use TopicSorter property to set the default sort order, if you are using DiscussionContainer WebPart you will have to wait until Wednesday to get those properties exposed on DiscussionContainer module as we need to push these changes to nightly build.
