Although I never saw something like that, it appears that your instance of IIS is incorrectly configured and allows you to access only the pages from the root (blog and default page - even though the URL for the blog page is rewritten using the very same DLL it complains about, it is still physically located in the root folder). All other paths are apparently mapped to another application or site.
Do you by any chance have an older installation of MonoX, as it seems that it won't let you go to to the /MonoX subfolder?
Is the path for the MonoX subfolder in IIS really pointing to the correct place inside your current installation?
Is your application pool running in the classic or integrated mode?
