MonoX is highly customizable as we tend to expose all layers via overridable APIs so community can play around with it. We have added all sorts of gamification features to our projects like reward points and it's working great, but you will have to do some development in order to put them in.

Is there a change to elaborate more what exactly are you trying to extend and what MonoX modules are of most interest to you ?
