where is installer file to download (Closed) (Mono Support )

I am having similar issues since 2 days ago.
Can you please let me know how you solve this issue.

I would like to know, here i attach the screenshot. 
I've tried multiple browser but stilll have no luck.

Please help.

EdiSasongko can you please open another support topic so we can help you, also when opening a new topic provide us with the Javascript errors you get. I saw that you have some errors in the bottom of your screenshot.
