HHi,
Looking for task/activity tracking feature. Do you know if there is such feature avilable or did you develop somthing similar?

Hi,

MonoX does not have task tracking functionality, but you can implement it by your own and use in MonoX site.

If you need more help with the implementation can you please describe what do you mean by task/activity ?

Dear Khovart,

We need a functionality similar with the one on SharePoint.

- have a list of tasks: Subject, Description, responsible (lookup to user), deadline, Status, Start Date

- Tasks can be grouped by projects/folders

- Views: My Assigned Tasks, Tasks posted by me

- Visibility rights (similar like in Blog posts)

The objectives is to give all the Intranet users the possibility of assigning tasks each other.

we have implemented similar tracking system using MonoX discussion boards, it was simple tracker with some of the above features. I'll send you my direct contact using inmail message so we can discuss further.
