How to remove title "monoX blog" from blog insert ? (Mono Support )

I have a blog in monox as "TestBlog".

Within this "TextBlog", I write my blog posts. after upgrading to 4.9, it seems like when I try to add / insert a new blog post, on that page, I see the title "MonoX Blog" - How to change that ? Shouldn't it be showing "TextBlog" ?

Sure. I am attaching 2 screenshot.

On the blog screenshot: You can see I have blog "MyTestBlog"

In the Add new blog post screenshot: When I add a new blog post, the title of the page changes to "MonoX Blog" which is my problem and it seems to be like a bug to me.
