Is it possible to add a WCF web service to a MonoX install? Server error occurs every time i try to do this

After some extensive online research i discovered that deleting the PrecompiledApp.Config file ensured that i could add a WCF service to the site and then run successfully. Thanks

Yes that is one of the prerequisites to programatically extending MonoX.
