How can I display a message "header code" for non-registered users only?

I would like to replicate MonoX support board message/header. I would like to display a message for non-registered users for example (Non-registered users can only browse through our support boards. Please register now if you want to post your questions..)

Hi,

You can create a separate discussion page and inherit the MonoX discussion page. Place the custom label in it and in codebehind simply show it when a user is not authenticated. Don't forget to replace in the web.config rewrite rules MonoX discussion page with your custom discussion page.
