Inside MonoX samples ("\MonoX\Samples\Solution\") there's a Visual studio solution (.sln) that can help you jump-start your custom project.
You start by inheriting MonoX classes and providing your own markup and c# code. From that point there are a couple of ways to add javascript code to your page.
