At http://www.mono-software.com/Downloads/#MonoX I see at nighlty builds some 4.7.0.xx versions available, but we're using a 4_7_40_3598 (Beta) which seems to work fine for us.

Since we're done with skinning it and would like to bring online a beta version of our platform, I wonder if there's any newer build available for us to use, to diff with the above and re-apply our skinning changes to that one instead for deploying to the web server

Note: we had been given that 4_7_40_3598 (Beta) to be able to install db on SQL Server 2012

Hi George,

we are going to push the new MonoX release in a few days that will have some bug fixes included and many new features. One of the features that may interfere with your upgrade is the new responsive design theme that we are going to introduce. So if you want to upgrade to the latest version of MonoX which will not have the new theme we can send you the version number that you can use to upgrade and go live. After that you can go slowly and upgrade your skinning changes on top of the new theme.

Is there any chance we can get it before me flying on 31/10 to a project meeting to apply it?

Sorry but we couldn't make it by then as you can see, we have just pushed the last build before the new MonoX Theme kicks in, so please use the MonoX 4.7.40.3943 for your upgrade.
