Thanks for the feedback. We have been thinking about most of the stuff you mentioned for some time. We will probably implement the sorting changes very soon.
As for the different forum sections, it is supported and very easy to do, but we want to do it in a most meaningful way (many of the support posts do not realy belong to a single category).
Marketplace/work request system is also on our todo list. It may go live during the next 60 day period.
