Direct access to this service (/MonoX/services/userpicker.asmx) is not possible because of the method returning type which is Telerik.Web.UI.RadComboBoxItemData. It implements IDictionary.Description and this the source of the problem.

I am trying to access the web service from the web server and i get an error /MonoX/services/userpicker.asmx. can you also tell me what is the default error log file path?

Hi,

the default error log file path is (under "Portal") MonoX/ApplicationData/Logs (you need to give the right permissions to the process you are running the application under to the whole "ApplicationData" folder for that to work).

How is the application data folder related to the web service? My main question is why am I not able to access the web service??

All error logs are supposed to go to the location I provided in my previous post. We need more information about the error you're getting. Also, could you please tell us which version of MonoX are you using?

Hi, i have given the full Monox folder read write permissions. But there are no log files created.

I am using the creating a custom built using custom project solution downloaded from Github along with MonoX 4.7.40.4436. The Whole site works fine, but it not the web service.
